Good quality gym for beginners and pretty okay for those looking for strength training too. All the modern equipments in place at a low price they charge. Only ones lacking are a squat rack, a leg flexion machine(the one they have pretty much sucks) and they need to bring in couple of more weights so that everyone can workout at the same time without waiting for weights to be freed. You can also find 2 hex bars in the gym, a reverse hack squat machine; the additions that not other gyms are providing. There are not many roid raged guys, grunters and ego lifters in the gym; so everyone can be comfortable with their workouts (Don't know how long it will last; so better join quick). Trainers seem pretty helpful too. And also there is a big parking lot. Overall, gym is a total bang for buck and even more! No other gym stands close "in the city".

For a price of 700 without cardio and the condition of gym and machines ,burn gym serves to be a great choice for fitness lovers.

Well maintained and clean and most of the equipments are available and its price is genuine.
