Bhagat Singh Park in Dabbad, Udhampur, is a public park named after Indian freedom fighter Bhagat Singh with his bust size sculpture. It is a peaceful place where people can relax, have fun, and enjoy nature, even though it is in the middle of a busy market. The park is known for its green areas and calm feeling, with nice trails for walking. It has basic things like wheelchair parking, swings and slides for kids, outdoor exercise equipment, picnic tables, and playing courts. Locals often visit for walks, light exercise like yoga, children's playtime, or simply to sit and relax. It also serves as a useful shortcut for walkers, letting them reach the another side of the market quickly. However, the park has problems with upkeep and cleanliness. While it is easy to blame the authorities, visitors are also responsible for keeping it clean. To make sure the park stays tidy and safe, the government should think about putting in CCTV cameras near entrances and fining people who litter or cause damage. Guards could also be hired to protect the park. Even with these issues, Bhagat Singh Park is still an important place for the Udhampur community.
