Specifically a female-focused weight loss centre. Strength training equipment is not up to the mark. Even the basic weights/machines are missing. Plus, the "premium" tag attached with Zudio in terms of high fees makes it even worse. There's nothing premium here. Not even comparable to the newer gyms in the area.

I'm thrilled to share my review of Zudio Gym for Women, where the gym environment is incredibly energetic and motivating. The atmosphere is filled with positive vibes that truly inspire me to give my best every day. The gym coaches are fantastic; they push us to exceed our limits and constantly strive for improvement.
What makes it even better is that Zudio is exclusively for women, creating a comfortable space where I feel completely at ease while working out. It's a wonderful initiative! I must mention the fantastic Zumba sessions at Zudio - they are absolutely amazing! The combination of music, dance, and fitness creates an enjoyable and effective workout experience.
I highly recommend Zudio to all women seeking a motivating environment and fun fitness classes like Zumba!!

There are n number of fitness centres but there is one fitness centre which can be rated THE BEST!!! Not just because of its ambience , location, trainers but becoz of the variety and choice of workouts and the well designed patterns. This fitness centre is really one of a kind where individual attention is provided to every girl/ woman. The aerobics , planned workout timetable , Zumba sessions... you name it , Zudio has it . Everything related to fitness under one roof. Needless to mention we have an amazing and motivating trainer!! Her personality is so so so motivating that you are automatically called towards fitness
P.S : I registered in many centres but this place gave instant results !! That's my ultimate motivation

There is absolutely no doubt that...ZUDIO is one the best female fitness centre across kashmir, I always get a different vibe here and best part about the gym is it's owner herself she is so qualified zumba trainer that one can hardly miss her classes....Infrastructure is so good.The money I invested for gyming here is really worth it . In my experience its the only Gym that provides complete privacy to females...I suggest ZUDIO to every female who desperately want to transform her body .

Becoming part of the Zudio family has been one of the best experiences of my life. Different from other traditional gyms, the studio emulates international standards in the way it has been conceived and designed. The ambience of the studio is in keeping with the mission to promote a fitter lifestyle among a community of women: its clean, its crisp and above all, it smells really nice. The aesthetics apart, having a space just for women where they can invest in a healthy lifestyle under the supervision of women is what makes Zudio stand out.
In addition to the up to date facilities and equipment, what appeals most to me, as a client is the sheer positivity that each member at Zudio exudes. Zenobia takes personal interest in the fitness journey of each client. Her insatiable energy, lovely smile, piercing expertise and uncompromising professionalism throughout serve as motivation to embark on a fitness journey no matter how arduous. A combination of strength/functional training, HIIT through Zumba and Pilates under the supervision of Zenobia and her team has done wonders to my stamina, flexibility and posture. I have seen a notable change in not just my lifestyle but also my overall fitness level in general. Attention to detail especially with regard to the stamina and posture of each client brings home the fact that people at Zudio care.
A huge shout out to the team, who following in the footseps of Zenobia give a 100% to their work at Zudio and help clients with utmost professionalism in navigating their rather difficult weight loss or fitness journeys.
