The Body Garage (tbg) Gym. I found that the knowledge and passion shared at this gym is phenomenal. I was ready to begin my fitness journey and it's been the best decision I've ever made for myself. The personal trainer is encouraging, motivating, and very thorough with his explanations and visuals to demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure you are safely and effectively achieving your fitness goals. He challenges you and is right by your side guiding you along the way. The Body Garage (tbg) gym is very clean, and houses a variety of gym equipment to meet your personal needs. With only a month into personal fitness training sessions with the fitness instructor Tariq Ahmad and you will be beyond pleased with him and the entire process. He also guides you on nutrition and a healthy eating plan in order to achieve the best results, maintain it & explains that it goes hand in hand. It's been a great experience and by far the best money I've ever spent. Value for money. Highly recommend! Don't forget to enquire about the One-on-one training with the professional fitness instructor

An amazing place ... for fitness freaks and for the people who are trying to hold their own against laziness. The owner of the Gym is amazing, Alhamdullilah. You can literally get the best out of your precious time at this place!!
