This is literally the best gym in valley there are many facilities available like steam bath lockers etc and trainers are amazing as well especially prince and another guy with pony tail he is a brilliant trainer!! Overall I am having a wonderful time there even though I don't enjoy working out.. Also the membership fees is reasonable as well it's not too expensive

One of the finest spot for fitness. I find the GYM timings very comfortable. Special mention about my PT, My Personal Trainer Prince is an exceptional gym instructor who truly goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of his clients. As a Muslim Hijabi , I often find myself navigating through spaces where my needs may not always be understood or accommodated. However, my experience with Golds and my trainer has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the gym, he made it his priority to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout my workouts. He respected my boundaries and always maintained a respectful distance, creating a safe and inclusive environment for me to focus on my fitness goals without any hesitation or discomfort. Beyond his considerate approach, it's evident that he is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in his field. His expertise shines through in every session, as he guides me through exercises with precision and clarity, always ensuring that my form is correct and my movements are safe. I highly recommend Prince as a personal trainer . Gold's Gym has great equipment and friendly staff, making workouts enjoyable. However, the facility could use more frequent cleaning and tidying. Overall, it's a solid gym.

It's a spacious and well-maintained gym. My personal experience with my PT (Afreen) has been amazing. She taught me from scratch, helping me attain tremendous results. Unlike some trainers, she does not exert you more than you can take. She studied my body and planned my workouts accordingly.

It's an excellent gym with amazing facilities. The trainer Mr Shahid is an excellent trainer. He personally overlooked my exercise routine and guided me religiously to lose 8 kgs in 2 months... I am highly thankful to him... kudos to him for great work...

It's one the best fitness centre across India, I always get a different vibe here. If I talk about equipments, Gold Gym Srinagar has got the best equipments. Infrastructure is also good.The money I invested for gyming here is really worth it and good for me. I suggest Gold Gym Srinagar to everyone as the vibe here is different. I would also like to be thankful for my Personal Fitness coach, Prince who has always motivated me to give my very best and He has been guiding me according to my level and helped me to achieve my goals. I highly recommend Prince for anyone seeking effective and personalized guidance as he is a ace certified trainner.
