As a parent I recommend this gym especially for females My daughter has been training here and we are both very happy with the environment. The equipment is modern and well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and safe. The trainer is not only knowledgeable but also kind, supportive, and respectful. It's a great place for women to work out confidently. If you're looking for a gym that truly cares this is the one

Perfect Gym is a powerful and comprehensive software solution for managing fitness clubs. It offers a wide range of features and functionalities, but some users may find it complex. The positive reviews suggest that the software is generally well-regarded for its functionality, ease of use, and value for money.

This gym advertises itself as a female gym, but that's completely misleading. There are no female trainers at all -- instead, there's a male trainer who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The way he stared at the women in the gym was creepy, inappropriate, and full of lust. It didn't feel like a safe space at all.
I stuck around for 2-3 months hoping things would improve, but nothing changed. I finally quit the gym because I didn't feel safe or respected.
If you're a woman looking for a supportive, women-centered environment -- this is not the place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
