I have been going to this gym for the last 2 years. Such a nice friendly place, especially for girls. The instructor are really professional and very knowledgeable. Gym is the best in Jammu, after being to a lot of gyms. I am very satisfied with this gym.

When I was fat , people said a lot of fat weight 106 then i joined fitness factory gym and now my weight is 86 and i am very happy and together I would like to say the coaches also talk with a lot of respect and together they also flow by doing exercise and everyone helps each other
