Very happy with the gym facilities. The crowd is also better than other gyms and the songs are also not played at very high volume which I found to be great. The trainers are helpful and there are machines to fulfil every need

Considering the dearth of good gyms in Sainik Colony, Sculpt Fitness is no less than a messiah for fitness enthusiasts. On entering the gym, you'll be greeted by uplifting music blaring from the speakers, which is bound to get you in a state of sheer vitality and give you the pump to start your fitness routine. You can get your cardio fix for the day thanks to the array of equipment like treadmill, elliptical trainer, and stationary cycles. And for those looking for circuit training and HIIT workouts, there's ample space for you to perform your routine. The gym is thoughtfully planned out, which is discernible from the variety of resistance training equipment that is available - you can target every body part! You also get a certified trainer who will meticulously work with you, train you and guide you through your workout. By the end of your workout, you'll be sweating (and cursing in some cases haha, but hey, a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor). But I can assure you, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment and exhilaration by the time you're done with your training. For hygiene freaks like me, the gym is routinely cleaned, and safety practices are followed. There's also a changing room and a washroom available (a potpourri would be nice, but then that's just a personal preference :P). With affordable membership, excellent trainer and top-notch equipment, you're bound to get a bang for your buck! Highly recommended!

I have tried other gyms in the Sainik colony but i must say this is the finest of them all. they've got all the amazing machines and equipments that one need for a good workout. the place is clean and very well managed. talking about the trainer, the trainer is well knowledgeable,motivated and commited to each and every individual in each class.He is extremely talented in his approach and his technique to fitness.the gym has such a great vibe and great music that it will make waking up at 8 am (for a guy like me,it is so effin early :p) actually enjoyable !
