About trainer = name moun bhaiya..... He is trainer as well as owner of gym... About training = good trainer but not expert Equipment = he has all equipment..... Some are almost old.... About 6 yrs old equipment.... Some are new.. Like leg press.. Treadmill and 2 other... Space is small but ok... Price = 600 rs + 200 for treadmill if u want to use. Other wise 600 Personal experince = 3 stars,
If you want a best body please dont do on your own way take personal training from our Monu bhaiya owner of the gym he will guide you and helping you to build muscle. Only in 1600 per month. This includes 1000 for personal and 600 for regular gym fees.
I prefer Monster Health Club .It has minimal fees with good Environment for work out and fitness Trainer Monu ji is quite good in dealing with clients.Anybody living at janipur lakkarmandi and Haiderpura must try this gym for once.
