WORLD GYM AND CARDIO CENTER

A very unkept and filthy gym. Deteriorating equipment and very untidy. The only good thing is having separate sections but the broken windows and piles of dust coupled with dysfunctional equipment without the owners having any remorse is a big nooo

The best thing about this Gym is time flexibility, which makes it one of the best Gym for ladies, well equipped with machines and Female Trainer also availble. If you want to join without giving second thought to it Go For it.

I'd say i was blessed to be a part of the gym,like in most of the places communication is a key likewise the trainer really tries to understand what you are asking them and not just even with the constant nagging they still be there for you and that too in an extremely polite way,the trainer not only understands but tries to explain as much as they can,they have all the basic gym facilities however it gets really hot in summers,the trainer has a professional course and the gym offers all the exercises mentioned, from cardio to yoga,the overall environment of the gym is very friendly and the fee is easily affordable by everyone in such times.
