From body buildings to weight loss, body composition change, body tonning, each goal is taken into consideration. SUPPLEMENT STORE : The owner himself is a sponsored athlete by AHP Vitals along with which you get Huge number of indian and foreign brand supplements with trustworthy originality. The product ranging from mass gainers, protein supplements, multivitamins, essential stuff for body building or weight loss everything is present here at cheap costs.. NUTRITIOUS CAFE: This is a cherry on the cake. Rarely you would see a cafe inside a gym that too with all nutritious stuff. Starting from wraps to paneer sandwiches, chicken salads to fish recipes, you get everything here with all the calorie and nutritious composition which means you know what you are eating and the best part is the NESCAFE Coffee which is my personal favourite!! The package can even be i based on your needs of cardio or Strength training. The coach and personal training charges vary from trainer to trainer as per your goals but can be negotiated based on your choices.

This gym is very excellent and gym fees is very calvenent and trainer's are corperative and gym owner is very humble and knowledgeable person.
