Mountain Crest Hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights. We were given a deluxe room by calling it super deluxe on our membership. The view from the rooms in their property is not what we expect.. Keep in mind that the view shown in the videos is not what you get here.. The service here is a bit slow.. The food quality is very good and it's baby friendly.. Their jaccuzi was very good and the theatre also has hydrolic seats in which we need our own subscription to watch a movie..The gaming section was good and safe for kids..Overall 3/5

I recently stayed at this hotel in Solan and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all basic amenities provided, and housekeeping was prompt. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful location, which offered a nice break from the city noise, along with scenic views from the room. The food served was tasty, especially the local dishes, and the dining area was well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, offering good value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Solan.

Very rude staff, they take 20 mins to send people for simple requests like retrieving luggage and sending soap, which should ideally be already there in the washroom. We also had frequent issues with hot water, flushing, and clogged drain in the bathroom. The cherry on the top is that the bedrooms and bathrooms emit a mild piss odour all the time. The only "elite" aspect about this hotel are the tariffs. Probably why their bookings are non-refundable.

Nice location with mountain views, parking issues and a steep slope to reach the location. Avoid the new driver. Best air b&bs in the area. Independently occupied rooms with great ambience. Avoid if bachelors party may get in trouble if complained by the building residents, safe for couples and easy access of zomato and instamart

Heavily unmanaged hotel, offering a very mediocre and troubling experience at premium prices. 1. Flush water tanks are separately connected and run out often. 2. Washrooms are not very clean. Red-gray stains all around. 3. Service is extremely slow. Expect 40-60mins wait time on everything you ask them for. 4. Don't get super deluxe or deluxe rooms. Stand rooms are better. If booking in groups, know that each type are in a different building. 5. Room locks have a steep learning curve. Expect to spend 30mins learning how to unlock your room.
