I would really like to thank the chef and the entire team at Hotel Himani. You people truly know how to balance flavors -- the masala is light, authentic, and perfectly blended. The taste feels pure and soulful. Honestly, I highly recommend this place! The price is a bit on the higher side, but totally worth it for the quality and quantity they serve. Salute to your master chef -- he truly understands the art of perfect cooking. Just one humble request -- please keep maintaining this same balance of light masala and authentic taste. In today's time, people avoid excess oil and strong spices, and the way you keep it light yet tasty is simply perfect! Highly recommended for all food varieties -- except Biryani. For biryani, I'd suggest giving it that South Indian-style twist, something like Meghana Biryani in Bangalore -- rich, aromatic, and traditional in taste. Also, would love to see more varieties in the starters section soon! Overall, one of the best restaurants in Solan -- great food, great team, and pure cooking from the heart.
