One of the best places to experience the serene himalayas that is within 6 hrs from Delhi-Ncr. The rooms are perfect for a comfortable stay and to get finger licking food all you have to do is reach the in-house club restraunt. The staff is cooperative and humble making you feel like royalty.

would like to share my honest experience regarding Chester Hills. On the surface, the project may look attractive, but once you go deeper, there are several serious issues that buyers should be aware of. First, the construction quality is not up to the mark. The flats may appear modern at first glance, but the finishing, fittings, and overall durability raise many doubts. For the price being asked, one would expect premium standards, but unfortunately, the quality does not justify the investment. Second, the layout and design are not senior-citizen friendly. The project does not seem suitable for elderly people, as there are many practical challenges in terms of accessibility, movement, and convenience. A home should offer comfort for all age groups, but here, basic requirements for older residents are overlooked. Third and most concerning, the legal and permission-related clearances are not fully in place. Without complete approvals, investing in such a property becomes risky. Any issues with permissions can lead to complications in the future, which can affect both resale value and peace of mind. Given these factors, I personally feel that Chester Hills is not a good investment option. Buyers should do thorough research and verify every document before considering this project. There are better alternatives in Solan and nearby areas that offer both quality and security for your hard-earned money.

Project is good but selling without any permissions for registry. Existing residents are harassed by builder. Dont buy this property and seek feedback from existing buying before even thinking.

Cheater liar we stay there for one day and mistakenly left our some stuff. We requested them to send to us snd we will pay the courier charges. For one week they keep making excuses like we are sending will send you UPI we will send tomrrow. But no one is intrstd to send to us. How pathetic it is that if you forget any of your belongings they will not return and make silly excuses. I will not prefer anyone to stay. They open your room check ur balcony no privacy at all.
