One of the best and oldest gyms of SOLAN.

This is the best gym in Solan. The trainer is excellent! Very Well-maintained place. You will always get good vibes here. Love spending time here, it makes my day. One of the best gyms in Solan, if you have manners and basic etiquettes of lifting No banging allowed no nonsense tolerated I love the place Highly recommended!

In 2017, I used to train in this gym but once the owner of the gym barred me from training because I wear high ankle leather shoes (Note- many international bodybuilders like 8 time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Branch Warren and many more old school bodybuilders used the same type of shoes for hard training because its sport your foot and ankle while heavy squatting leg press and deadlift. Many used the same boots for training because it's gym training not running. and these shoes had hard soles that support in heavy squat and dead lift and its high ankle leather material protects your ankle from popping out, even in ARMY they uses this type of shoes or you can do it bare foot on hard floor but that not possible for everyone who had foot injury.) And I had a major injuries in my both feet, couple of years ago ankle of my left foot was badly dislocated and in my right foot, all the 5 metatarsal was fractured and operated by doctors so I had to take care of them and even I told him that but he didn't care and he was offering me somebody's old running shoe, so after a few days, I left that gym even I had membership left. I really get disappointed with that uncle. As he thinks he has knowledge but he didn't because this sport is not like others. and I'm in this industry for more than 10 years and also have a connection with professional international bodybuilders. what he did to me, that thing was stupid.

Best gym in soaln ,even after so much of options in gym by far the best gym to provide , all the fitness solutions at one place , with addition of parking facility, a resturant and a super market. Good good do visit.
