The hotel property is well maintained and self sufficient in a nice peaceful location. Staff is well mannered, cordial and well trained especially Sakshi, Prince and Tripti who took especially good care of our meal preferences. Akash has been very helpful in planning our sight seeing. The hotel can improve its service by starting a paid shuttle service from- to city center to support guests without own cars. All in all absolutely completely made our experience memorable.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful -- the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Utesh, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His polite attitude, prompt service, and warm hospitality truly made a difference. The entire evening was fantastic, marked by exceptional service and outstanding cuisine. I would especially like to commend Ms. Sakshi for her stellar hospitality. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Ms. Sakshi made us feel welcomed and perfectly catered to our needs without being intrusive, elevating the service to a new level. Her recommendations and helpful demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. I also wish to extend my highest compliments to Chef Sunny and the entire kitchen team. The dishes we enjoyed were nothing short of spectacular. The flavor profiles were distinct, and the presentation was artistry on a plate. Every course was prepared to perfection, demonstrating exceptional skill and passion for cooking. Please pass along our immense gratitude for a memorable meal.

We stayed for 3 nights and booked two valley view rooms, which offered beautiful, scenic views that added a special touch to our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, a few basic amenities were missing, such as an iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer. It would also be helpful to add a small tray in the bathroom to hold handwashing soap. The restaurant experience was excellent. Both the food and service were of high quality, and we really enjoyed dining there. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing--friendly, attentive, and professional. We also used the hotel's taxi service, which was of great quality--reliable, punctual, and convenient. We spent time at the spa, which had some standout features but also a few issues. The massages were excellent and the spa itself is beautifully designed, providing a relaxing environment. However, it could benefit from better organization. The steam bath was not working, the shower water was cold, and there were no choice oils or fragrances available to match the treatments listed on the menu. Overall, we had a very good stay. The valley views, excellent staff, great food, and high-quality transport service really stood out. With a few improvements in in-room amenities and spa operations, this could easily be a five-star experience.

The hotel is very central, clean and its eco-friendly too. The staff is very courteous and the food is extraordinary. Their manager Mr.Akash Sharma, their chef - Chef Sunny and special mention to their dining staff Sakshi and trainee Akash made our stay extra special. Travelling with a toddler they made sure all our requests were taken care of. I totally recommend staying with them.
