Best gym in mehli. Affordable. Very nice staff. If you want to build your strength and want a healthy lifestyle you should definitely go and join ss fitness. I am a big fan of ss fitness.

I paid them fees for cardio and gym and the same day i said i wont continue cardio and i asked for refund . To whom they replied that money is added in account directly so they will add it to my next membership or will return it. I left shimla unplanned and when i asked for refund for first few days they made excuse that they will refund (the gym trainer) later when u talked to owner after 4-5 days of excuses from trainer . The owner talked very rudely and replied ' that no trainer told me about that and its your mistake and we wont refund you .Despite being an amount of 400-500 rupees still it was high for a student who was not from local area . No further actions were taken by the owner and he denied for refund .

Best in class gym and equipments. Trainer is good and gym is clean . Satisfied

Best in class machines, trainer is profesion, owner is also professional in trainer guidence. will recommend to all gym lovers. best hygiene.
