Today I visited this Gym. Best part about this gym is that it has a very big outdoor lawn with open beautiful view. One can do running in an open environment treadmill is a artificial/ mechanical. You can do outdoor exercises cardio etc. Highly recommended.
I love this gym. I went at zirakpur, Delhi gyms when I was there but what made RFC gym diffrent then others is its open ground with wide beautiful view where you can do all outdoor exercises. They are planning something big.
