gym is really very good with professional equipment and is reachable

You know the old school "hustle hard, get results" philosophy? That's exactly what this place is about. Filled with hard working boys and girls who take their time in the weight room damn seriously. That's not to say that new-comers will feel out of place. All of the veterans, especially Archit and Danish are damn friendly and will guide you wherever required. The rest of the crowd is pretty courteous and helpful as well. I visit them for a few weeks every year and it's been a lovely experience to hustle in the mosh pit with these guys and girls. All the equipment for strength training that you'll need is there and so is a treadmill, if you're done with getting your cardio while walking in the mountains. Gets a little busy post 3:30, but those willing, will make their space. I did.

I have a very good experience in the gym . Trainers are friendly and very good at their work. One of the best gym in Shimla . Equipment , nutrients provided in the gym are good and provide reasonable rates.
