Youth Field India Health Club - GYM

I really had a great opportunity to workout in this gym as I was on an official trip to paonta sahib. The gym had most of the equipment for all the workouts in a good condition. The owner was helpful as he accepted my request for two days to workout and they charged a decent fee. The environment was clean and the washrooms were maintained in a decent state. I'd recommend people to choose this gym who want a good gym at an affordable price.

A very, very beginner friendly gym to get your basics correct and get into working out properly. The owners are cooperative and guide you through A-Z about whatever workouts you're trying to get into, so no point worrying about looking like an outcast or a total noob. Separation of cardio and weights area helps to keep the crowd low, though I'd suggest coming either early morning (6-10 ig) or late evening (post 7pm) to find the gym relatively empty. If you prefer working out to music the gym has a nice music system too, not too loud not too low, though I'd suggest bringing your own headphones/earphones because the music's usually Punjabi only and personal preferences might differ. Also, If you've got parents above the age of 40 or even 50 looking to shed that extra fat over shaadi season, send them over, the gym is very suitable for men and women in this age range. Fee is 1000rs/pm and 2500rs for 3 months. That's about it.

I restarted my fitness journey from this magnificent gym at a hill town amidst the Himalayas. The owner has been a legendary bodybuilder who has trained with the great Khali and his Son Mitpal who is now a dear friend is so damn good at his job with utmost high competencies. The gym has a very cool vibe and all the necessary equipment for a great workout and is at the very heart of the city Paonta Sahib. I would highly recommend this to everyone who wants to go to the best gym around Paonta Sahib.

There is a very good trainer. Very good facilities and I have not seen any other gym where the trainer makes you work so hard. If you want to build your body or lose weight then you can come here. It is a very good gym and is not too expensive.
