Lions Den is one of the best gyms in Dharamshala. The machinery is modern and well-maintained. The owner(Pawan bhai g)is very friendly and supportive. The environment is positive and motivating, perfect for workouts. They also have good parking space, which makes it very convenient. Overall, highly recommended!

I joined lions den about an year ago . My experience so far is great . Gym is loaded with A1 equipments /machines n brand new handheld free weights . On top of that ambiance , lighting n open air section in rear (for calisthenics n cardio ) enchances the aesthetics of this place .The owner (Mr.Pawan dogra ) is a humble ,calm n soft-spoken Gentleman . Plus the instructor (Aryan dogra), provides in-depth analysis of exercises . Many chaps of this gym , trained by lions den team competed in various state/National level Body-building Competitions . Fee is reasonable & PT is available .Facility of Fresh Drinking water as well as separate rest-room for Boys n girls is there too. So atlast ,I would say come out of your comfort zone. Turn It into your Growth zone with Lions Den (Do check it out). Peace out
