The cleanliness and kindness of this place is TOP NOTCH. It has all the equipment you could want, plenty of space, and the atmosphere is always good. The Owners & coaches are very welcoming, supportive & are always super encouraging. They are extremely knowledgable & wonderful at offering the right guidance & improvements, wether its Technique, nutrition or tweaks that improve overall fitness. I have known Mr Akash more than 15 years & his dedication & passion towards Fitness is INCREDIBLE ..It's so inspiring to see the Fitness Community he has built over the years..
