Big Gym in Dharamsala.Trainer is qualified and is very experienced.They have deep knowledge.Trainer and owner of the gym Mr.Sumeet sharma knows accurate techniques to do exercises.Even if someone is feeling any pain in body ,he treat them all within 30 seconds with physiotherapy.Yes he know that too.He is the best .You should try him one time atleast then you will know every word I have written here is true.
