It has everything you need--great variety of weights and machines, clean and well-organized space, and a solid sound system blasting motivating music to keep the energy up. One of the best parts? The balcony with an epic view of the mountains--perfect for catching your breath between sets and soaking in some fresh air. The trainers here are top-notch--very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about fitness. Plus, the people who come here are super friendly and supportive, which creates a really positive vibe. There's also a supply of drinking water, which is a nice touch. Overall, this place checks all the boxes. Whether you're a beginner or serious about training, this gym is the spot. Highly recommend! Tadas.

Best Workout experience one can get on this hill station! Loved the vibe, the views from the gym and the Psy trance they play over there is like a cherry on the top! Must visit and do train here, highly recommend.

I've been going to this gym for more than a month, and as a solo woman, I really feel safe and relaxed here. The mix of foreigners and locals creates a welcoming environment, and the trainers are super nice. If you're looking for private sessions, I can't recommend Sarthak enough--he is professional, committed, and knowledgeable. Training with him has been an amazing experience, and I look forward to every session.
