I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unhelpful and unfriendly. The staff seemed disinterested, and even basic requests took a long time to be addressed. The food was another huge letdown. The quality was poor, with dishes that tasted stale and clearly not fresh. The options were very limited, and what was available was below standard for the price being charged. Overall, both the service and the food failed to meet even basic expectations. I

During our recent visit to Baddi for an exam at Maharaja Agrasen University (Chitkara University), we explored our accommodation options and found two primary hotels: this one and Lemon Tree. However, this hotel was located 45 minutes from the university, while the Lemon Tree was on the pricier side. Ultimately, we chose this hotel for its more affordable rates. To secure our room, I opted to call the hotel directly for booking. We reserved a suite for 7250 per night, which included taxes and breakfast. The hotel offers a spacious parking area with designated spots for vehicles, eliminating the need for valet parking services. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a large entrance area furnished with sofas, which also features a chess set for recreational play. The reception desk is conveniently located just inside the entrance, and there is a self-service detox water station available nearby. Our suite was impressively large, surpassing any previous accommodations we had experienced. It included a dining area at the entrance, followed by a small living area equipped with sofas and a television. The room service was satisfactory, offering a standard menu that covered all typical dining requests. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also enjoyable, with options such as dosas and omelets available upon request. Overall, the rooms were well-maintained and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay.
