A very good gym for beginners as well as professionals. Trainers are good and friendly. Membership Isn't too expensive. Machines are of good quality. One of the best gym in yamunanagar no doubt about that. Located at a very good location as well. Sometimes can get a bit crowdy during 5-7 time slot but most of the times it is manageable.
Best gym in yamunanager Town...gym owner is very polite to speak and thy are very good trainers also.Gym atmosphere is very good, all the workout machine's are available hear.thy have also 4 trainer's extra and thy have provided personal training.thy have 2 different hall to do straight training and 2nd was a cardio and bhangra hall.
