Nice gym with overall equipments and good trainers. Also giving demo classes for beginners. Good for beginners and experts as equipments are available for strength as well as cardio. One can get strength training with cardio or without cardio with reasonable fees. For strength and cardio fees are 1000&1500 respectively. Timings also fits for all as opens at 5.30am and remain till 10pm. So recommend.

That is a vry nice gym in the ynr city ....all individuals can prefr that gym becoz there were a good trainr nd equipment prsnt....so all people can try that gym ....uh feel energetic......when ur join....
