I have been going to Fit 7 Gym, Yamuna Nagar daily, and I must say it is the best gym in every aspect. The ambience is excellent, the equipment is well-maintained, and the level of cleanliness and hygiene is top-notch. The trainers here are highly professional, very polite, and always ready to guide and motivate. The atmosphere is energetic yet comfortable, making workouts enjoyable. Truly the best gym experience in Yamuna Nagar!

Worst gym experience ever. MS Dhoni should personally visit this place to watch how his name is being ruined by the management. Trainers don't respect people except their PT client. So called that Manager is not available for any help whether someone gets fractured or it's about teasing a *Female* . Very creepy type of crowd coming here who at all doesn't know how to behave publically , how to respect someone's space . This gym reeks of a horrible smell. I wonder after taking thousands of rupees as fees they cant afford a room freshener. Ac's are totally non Working , after writing so many mails they don't bother even . No management , Nothing . Instead of going in this gym, an outdoor run would be much better. Non working Ac's are the major concern ... if the Ac's are working they are not switched on .... As per by the attendent , they ate instructed not to switch them on

Best gym in yamuna nagar. Trainers are very supportive. Akash trainer is very good . He has excellent knowledge in fitness.

The fit 7 yamaunagar gym is actually a place where u can transform ur body as ambience is very good and staff is very helpful and cooperative that gives u strength to achieve your goal and My trainer Sanjeev is so kind and supportive his motivational words phrases enrgises me losing my weight beyond my imagination.Keep Rocking
