I am not a gym person but I actually have seen the whole place. Loaded with basic gym equipments. It lacks a trainer hence you are responsible for whatever you do. During summer due to huge crowd it becomes impossible to go there hence people prefer private gym sessions nearby.

On year 2018 new weights and machinery will be provided.Good floor mat and having facility of weighing machine. Entry and exit on basis of i-cards and entry register on schedule timings. Timing 6 am to 8 am in morning and 5 pm to 7 pm in evening all days. Improve by providing music system and motivating thoughts on walls.

You will find sufficient gym equipments here. If you are planning to attend this gym, you should be ready for crowd, lots of guys come here and the equipments are not sufficient for everyone. So, you might have to wait to get your exercise done. Trespassers are not allowed at this gym. Only NIT kurukshetra students can attend this gym. Overall it's an O.K. gym.
