The best place to have your yoga classes, The Yoga Guru, shree Vishal ji have good knowledge of yoga poses, asans, pranayams, ayurvedic treatment. They also trained students for National, international games. Surely recommended for those who wants to cure his or her body through yoga.

The small classes mean more individual attention and as a result, my practice has changed a great deal. I am calmer, more focused and have generally less aches and pains in my body. I have acquired a mild addiction to Laura's Yin-Restorative class; her soothing voice and beautiful sequencing always ensures I float out of the studio at the end!
