Mr. Vijay Dagar is one of the best physical trainers I have worked with. I struggle with back pain (after a spinal surgery) and knee pain. He is someone who knows his subject area immensely well, is extremely patient with his clients and works very hard at training them. The best part is that he knows several modifications to the exercises that can suit individual client's abilities and inabilities. I strongly recommend him (especially for patients who struggle with back and knee ailments).
