Fitness Therapy - Personal Trainers

Mr. Vijay Dagar is one of the best physical trainers I have worked with. I struggle with back pain (after a spinal surgery) and knee pain. He is someone who knows his subject area immensely well, is extremely patient with his clients and works very hard at training them. The best part is that he knows several modifications to the exercises that can suit individual client's abilities and inabilities. I strongly recommend him (especially for patients who struggle with back and knee ailments).

I have known Vijay for over 7 years now and his passion towards fitness is inspiring. He's one of the few trainers I have done workouts with who pushes you out of your comfort. i was leg operated in august. I approached him and he was so humble and polite. he took care of balance first, then exercise . after i was able to walk ,then he focused on my full body strength. he help's in improvement of body strength and toned. I improved my confidence with him before surgery and after surguery by best fitness therapy.
