These pressing issues-Dark and filthy entrance, cold and unwelcoming reception with no chair or sofa for visitors or tired gymers, sweaty yoga mats and workstation seats recieves no attendence by the housekeeping staff, no availability of towels or paper napkins- deeply concerns me, yet it is crowded with gentry flexing their muscles.
