Usually, I don't write Google reviews, but Prozvofit has pushed me to write this one out of sheer frustration. I opened my gym 8letic Fitness Club in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh on 3rd March 2024 and trusted Prozvofit with a lot of hope. As a middle-class person, every penny matters, and I thought I was making the right investment. Sadly, my experience has been very disappointing. Just 3 months after installation, one treadmill stopped working and it took Prozvofit 8 months to resolve it. Their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced. Now, even though it's been only 1 year and 6 months, their equipment is already giving me constant issues: 1. Pec Deck Fly Machine - misaligned. 2. Leg Extension Machine - bearing broke (I had to repair it with a local vendor because they never responded). 3. Abductor/Adductor Machine - cable keeps getting loose and needs tightening every 4-5 days. 4. Hip Thrust Machine - doesn't even have a proper belt. I wonder what kind of engineer designed this. And the list doesn't end here there are many more problems with their machines. On top of that, their false promises make things worse. I have WhatsApp screenshots where they kept saying "we are sending a technician" but that day never came. Even before 15th August, they assured me over call and text, saying "give us one last chance"yet no one has shown up till today. I'm not saying everyone will face the same issues, but my personal experience has been extremely frustrating. If anyone wants proof, I can share pictures/videos of my equipment condition. My humble request Please think carefully before purchasing Prozvofit equipment. Spend a little extra and go for a trusted brand that provides proper after-sales service otherwise, you'll be stuck regretting your decision. Dear Prozvofit, mark my words With this kind of service and quality, you will never be able to compete with other reputed brands.

Oooo my god after visiting there factory i realized that there machines are far better than imported in quality and durability amazed to see there machines really happy to deal with them

Such a great experience to visit there manufacturing plant and it was really good to see the quality of there pipes which they use to manufacture the machines

I'm very satisfied with all the machines and services provided by them... quality of machines are unbeatable with unbelievable price...superb
