It is almost seven years since my booking of a unit in Tower-G of Godrej Nature Plus. As per their commitment the project was to be completed within five years, but still waiting for its possession. My sincere advise to New buyers that they should compare it with other Real Estate Companies.
Earlier I had impression that Godrej is very good in Real Estate, but I was wrong. It has the same status as other defaulter companies. Be careful before buying.
