Whatever your goals are like fat loss, muscle building or getting fit in shape everything can be achieved because the course you find here are curated for each and every individual. Lord's Gym experience is premium.

Very good cardio area but very poor strength area. Floor is in very baad condition and the music system is of very low quality. Not having the minimum weight of dumbbell. Never visit gym, worst experience . Coming here is like wasting your money

I did visit and advise to my friends and relatives,I found that they are satisfied with the facilities. ie 1 spacious 2. Friendly 3 sufficient and trained staff. 4 neat and clean 5quality equipment . 6 seprate section for aerobics and floor for streching and flexibility. Very good gym.
