The trainers for weight lifting are good. But this gym lacks many basic facilities. Apart from the weight training I did not like anything in the gym. There was no trainer for strength training, cardio or anyone who is not interested to do heavy weights. They have only 1 hr daily session for cardio, morning and evening and if you missed that you are on your own for these activities. The fans do not work sometime, the machines are old and make noises. The first floor is filled with heat and sweat. I felt I have paid so much more than this place deserves. It's a decent gym and vibes in the evening only.
