Gym is clean, well equipped , and has a motivating atmosphere that pushes u to ur limits. Special Shout-out to GAGAN, who is an incredible trainer. He helped me to get rid of the shoulder pain through stretching while ensuring proper form and injury prevention.

I've been training at Triunity Fitness Club, and I can confidently say it's the best gym in the city. The equipment is top-notch, with everything you could need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The gym is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, creating a perfect environment to stay motivated. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible trainers. I had an injury in my right arm when I joined, and thanks to the expertise and personalized attention from my trainer, my arm has significantly improved. They designed a tailored plan to strengthen my arm without overexertion, and their knowledge and encouragement made all the difference in my recovery journey. This is the best gym in our town. Staff is very supportive. Specially jass mam and mam nature is so sweet and polite. Gym atmosphere is too good. Gym rating form my side is 10 out of 10. (Going to the gym is great for your body. But it's also great for your mind)

Very good gym for body building with good equipment

Quality gym. Quality equipment. Quality atmosphere. The gym is air conditioned and has good-quality equipment. The trainers are well-educated and have thorough scientific knowledge on fitness. Trainers are really helpful not only to guide you workout but also to make you feel comfortable in the gym. Jass (female trainer) is just amazing. She motivates everyone and explains the workout and proper form very well. She cares about the clients and guides about diet and a healthy lifestyle as well. She has brought a lot of progress to my body. Other trainers are also very well-spoken and knowledgable. Guri sir, Ravinder sir, Kushal sir- all of them are very helpful. I have never felt uncomfortable at the gym as a woman. I really enjoy working out here. I joined as a total beginner a few months back and the trainers have taught me the workouts with proper form and range of motion and frequency. In the beginning I did not even know how to use the equipment and what even to do but Jass taught me everything with patience and consistency. I have more stamina and my strength has increased. My confidence and self-esteem has improved. The gym has a very positive environment.100% recommend it.

Its been 15 days i have joined that gym and i am feeling noticeable changes in my body. Its all because of the coach Gurri's guidance and the motivational environment in the gym as well. Thanks to the all supportive staffs.
