I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this gym has been disappointing enough that I feel the need to share. The facilities are average at best, but what really ruins the place is the attitude of the staff. The front desk team is consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of greeting members or making people feel welcome, they act as if answering a simple question is a burden. On multiple occasions, I've seen them chatting among themselves and ignoring members who were waiting.
