I've been using this gym for more than a month. It is an amazing facility with awesome coaches that are not only knowledgeable about training methods but also everything from diet, nutrition to sleep patterns. They've managed to create a family environment where clients with all levels of ability can work out alongside each other without feeling intimidated by other gym users.
