YogYatra With Urvashi

I've been attending Urvashi ma'am's classes for several months, and I can't recommend them highly enough. She create such a calm and welcoming atmosphere that it's easy to feel at ease, regardless of your experience level. Her teaching style is a perfect blend of gentle encouragement and guidance, with just the right amount of challenge. I appreciate how she take time to explain each pose in detail, offering modifications to suit everyone in the class.

After trying so many yoga classes, I know realise how lucky iam to find such a grounded, compassionate and inspiring yoga teacher in Panchkula. When I joined her class, I knew little bit about yoga but now I have a solid understanding of physical alignment and the way my own body moves! Urvashi ma'am is a gem of a teacher and also a very humble person (which I feel is important when you're listening to someone talk for an hour or more). Her directions and instructions are very clear and precise.She always introduces new techniques to get more benefit from each pose.Last but not the least I love the meditation part at the end which leaves me feeling very relaxed and centred. Thank you so much ma'am for the way you give personal attention to each and every student of yours. You are truly a game changer of a teacher!!

I'm really enjoying my yoga lessons with Urvashi ma'am. She made me fall in love with yoga when I started practicing it for the first time, and I don't see that changing. It gives me hope that I'll get back in shape. I've only just begun my yoga journey, so there is still plenty to do.
