A place u are looking for perfect fitness.So it not one of those gym which is all fancy and bright with good mood ambiance.But if u are on tight budget and truly want yourself fit. Then u should definitely join this gym.this gym is adjacent to the the fitness temple gym which charges double the amont they charge. Don't bother going there because i went asked about the charges it was2000 and here it is only 1000 per month for both "gym and cardio". Definitely equipment are old but they work fine will be enough for your reqirement.

IT IS ONE OF WONDERFUL GYMS FOR ME.THE FLEXIBILITY OF TIMING MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS.I CAN GO ANY TIME IN BETWEEN 5 AM MORNING TO TILL 10 PM NIGHT.I NOT ONLY LOST 15 KGS BUT ALSO SHARPEN UP MY MUSSELS IN GUIDANCE OF TRAINER. TRAINER MR.ASHISH GIVES BROTHERLY FEELING

If u r finding cheap gyms in the panchkula.this is the place to look for, their price starts from as low as 700/- to upper premium plans per month. Equipment's are old but work fine and its family managed Business so the coach are father and son. Gym is small in size with limited resources and no sanitisation. And have very high strength so u have to wait long to get hand's on the required equipment

Unsafe gym i would not recommend anyone to join this gym it is my personal experience. crowd over there is not good. most of the time owner of the gym is unavailable and his son who is underage works as a trainer which is dangerous. my eyes was injured because ttainer jumped off from back and my eye got severe injuries

All machine there are old and don't work properly it might be cheap but if u spent a little more you can a better gym then this
