With a slip disk and a depressed mood I joined FnY a decade ago and voila I have been given a new back and a fitness level that I could not have ever deemed possible. All the credit goes to FnY 's dedicated Gurus Anil Juneja and Ashish Sir . With their undefeated approach and nothing is impossible attitude they have taken us to new heights of physical fitness and mental wellness. Its been 2 years since I joined FnY Studio.I am 61 and believe me , anybody of any age can go for them. With their knowledge and attention to every student , Anil Sir and Ashish Sir makes sure that everybody does only as much workout as their body allows. I think that is very important.
One more thing that I really like is, there is good mix of different exercising routines.So we get full body workout.The instructors help us push our limit and do our best. their approach is such that we are making our core strong.I recommend this studio to everyone who is looking for healthy mind and body.

I joined FnY studio 3 years back on a friends recommendation and till date haven't regreted my decision. The main teachers, trainers and the staff are one of the best. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their field.
I've learbt a lot in the past 3 years which has helped me in every sphere of my life be it running, gymming, daily life on the whole and of course yoga. Often it's a misconception that yoga is basically meditation but when you join FnY all myths are gone. You develop fully - emotionally and physically.
I can't thank FnY enough for being a major part of my life and hope to continue till as long as I can.

It is a good gym. Has all the relevant machines, weights, treadmills and spin bikes. I was there for 2 weeks while on a short trip to Panchkula. Satisfied. Their coach Karan is a good guy - nice attitude, friendly - gives good advice on exercises and stresses more on technique than on how much weights you can lift. Clean place, hygienic.
Suggestions for improvement: keep refrigerated cold bottled water (charge extra per bottle if needed). Music selection is good - but keep the volume down a bit - this way I can listen to my own music via earphones. Many a time the volume was so loud that it drowned my earphones. Keep the gym open on Sunday. Keep it open till 10:30pm for the after dinner treadmill or for the person who keeps late hours at work.
If they kept it open on Sundays and daily close at 10:30pm - I would give it 5 full stars.

I've been coming for this yoga class for the past 2 years and I am addicted. It is the perfect balance of muscle training, stretching, core strengthening and mind focus.
