Joined Fitlift Gym a while back and it's been a great decision. The gym has everything you need-but what really makes the difference are the trainers. Udit brings insane energy to every session. He knows how to push you just enough and makes even the toughest workouts enjoyable. Lovpreet is the calm, focused one. He's super knowledgeable, pays attention to form, and makes sure you're progressing the right way without overdoing it. Both are amazing in their own style, and together they make Fitlift feel like more than just a gym-it's a place where you actually want to show up and grow.

this is a wonderful well equipped gym.Air conditioned,good change change rooms with showers.lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. the staff were great. a special thank mr.imran sir he is an excellent fitness trainer.his effort for making me fit is awesome.his knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing and communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit .in addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health. .
