Dr. Supriya is the best yoga instructor and a very positive person. She gives her 1000% to help people to attain their goal and helps in their weight loss journey. I found that yoga place very calming and relaxing. It gives one a very positive vibes.

In 54 years of my life I had never done yoga. But I always wanted to learn. For a beginner like me .. in my 50 plus years with stiff body and unable to even sit cross legged, I was indeed sceptical about joining yoga class. But now it's been nearly 2 weeks of learning yoga under Supriya ji and believe me it's nothing short of a miracle for me as I'm able to now sit cross legged. Calm minds is an amazing yoga centre and Supriyaji is an excellent teacher. Her methods of teaching yoga with blocks , belt etc are simply great for beginners like me. Supriya is very kind, compassionate and an excellent yoga instructor. Yoga classes at calm minds is fun, relaxing and very comfortable.. home- like with great ambience. Simply love calm minds . These classes have been a transformative experience for her. creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Their deep knowledge of yoga and mindfulness is evident in every session. She've not only improved her flexibility and strength but also found inner peace and balance.

Supriya is a passionate yoga instructor who has been teaching for the past many years. Her classes are a combination of yogik Kriyas, asnas ,meditation and chanting. Supriya is known for her attention to detail and her ability to make yoga accessible to any age group people.

Supriya works wonderfully and dedicatedly for your overall well being be it physical or mental. There are sessions for enjoyment which gives you a break and you network with like minded people as well. Glad that I found her and able to work on myself with her help.
