It has been a wonderful Yoga journey, especially when you have teacher, a mentor, a peaceful soul reflecting lots of positive energy like Anu mam. Everyday, I feel so refreshed both physically and mentally while I attend her class. She is an outstanding dance instructor as well. I am thankful to her for taking us through this soulful journey - yoga for health and happiness.

I recently joined Yoga classes with Anu after a good gap of over 2 yrs in my fitness journey. I was really skeptical to get a good trainer in a new city but I am so blessed to have found Anu as my trainer. Each session is so fulfilling, she fills one up with positivity, spreads so much positive vibes that one gets ready to face the day. It was a really nice experience, the teacher is skilled and very patient, it's really kid friendly, and the dances are really good, I've went to many classes and this is the best one I've been to in all tri City and chandigarh Anu mam is really supportive and helpful, if you're interested in dance, definitely visit this class
