Very bad customer service from reception staff (girl). She has next level attitude and ignore the customer like she does not want you to come and join the gym.
Very rude behaviour. Rather than explaining you about gym she just keep sitting on her chair and playing with phone.

The gym is very good. the space is also good. the gym setup is good. but the owner's behavior is not good. He has too much attitude.

What was once a thriving fitness hub is now slowly emptying, not due to lack of interest, but because the owner simply no longer cares.
