I started gyming almost 3 years ago and went to 5 gyms in karnal and other cities but my experience in Iconic Luxury Gym in karnal was the best out of all. I've been a member of this gym for just a month, and the AC has already broken down twice -- with the cardio section AC now non-functional for over 10 days. What's more disappointing is the complete lack of interim solutions like fans or coolers, and the repeated vague responses from the front desk saying it'll be "fixed soon." For a gym that claims to be a luxury facility, this is unacceptable -- even basic necessities aren't being met, and the inaction reflects poor management and disregard for member comfort
