The place is clean and spacious. All kinds of fitness equipments are available with plenty of rooms. Separate men and women changing room and washroom is there. Friendly environment. Recommended

One the oldest gym of this area. Located in LIC colony. Ideal for beginners. Equipment is good. Space is enough. Trainer is well trained and behaved. Location is nice. Parking is a great problem. Operational both in morning and evening. Good for males and females. Very crowded in summer and spring season.

The gym is good and spacious. Only thing is its a bit costly. Have almost all kind of machines. If the trainee is too much dependent of machines, you will like it. Have enough weight and various type, if you are free style kind of person. People are friendly and its fun to go their. Only thing that matter in my opinion is the timing in which you go. In evening crowd is low after 7:00 in winters and 8pm in summer and you will like at that time. Same is the case with morning after 8 as well. They didn't stop the person to come twise a day or in morning or evening and pretty flexible with timing.
