I am giving 1 star because they charge 500 for a one day trial. While all world class gyms have 1 to 2 days free trial. Like Gold, Anytime, Fitness. People want trial for pre-join review before joining the gym. And I can say they don't understand gym marketing. Customer satisfaction is important for good marketing.
First time in karnal, 18 fitness is offering Pilates with great equipments, proper guidance from Great trainers and spacious space to workout with full hygiene maintenance in Restrooms. So overall great experience, one should come and experience it themselves.
The Gym is really a world class Gym... and They give all facilities to us as they mentioned, like proper hygiene, Training , Air conditioning etc...
